CoATS is a practical tool in the form of a shared database with up-to-date information on Technical Support (TS) activities.
Major partners will input data on planned and on-going TS activities. The database will provide information on providers, funders and recipients of the TS.

CoATS will:

• Facilitate collabaration and exchange of information on TS activities at global, regional and country level
• Encourage coordination of technical support between providers and users
• Facilitate access by country partners to timely and quality assured technical support
